What do I do if I forget my iKnow password?

1. Go to http://osa.k12.wv.us/iknowusers.htm.

2. Scroll down the list of counties and click on Harrison.

A pdf opens to display the list of all Harrison County iKnow accounts with name and username.

3. Locate your name and username.

4. Then, go to https://testadministration.ctb.com/iknow/

5. Type your username in the username box and click on the button Forgot Your Password.

A new password will be emailed to you at your Access account.
