How do I
share a PALM with another teacher for DIBELS assessment?
8 Each teacher should each have at
least one class on the mCLASS™ website, www.mclasshome.com.
8 Teacher A must enter her username
and password information in the WGSync program on the
handheld.
1. On your handheld's main screen,
tap the WGSync icon to open the WGSync
application.
2. Enter your mCLASS™
username and password. The username and
password you enter on the PALM must be the same as those you use to access the mCLASS™ website.
3. Teacher A must synchronize the
handheld at an mCLASS™ sync
station computer to make her class information appear on the handheld.
4. Teacher A then assesses students
using the PALM.
5. IMPORTANT: After Teacher A finishes her assessments, she
must sync the assessment data to the mCLASS™ website.
6. Teacher A should then login to the
mCLASS™ website to confirm that her assessment
results are complete and correct on the website before giving the handheld to Teacher B.
If the results do not appear, or are incorrect, please contact help@wgen.net.
7. Next, Teacher B enters his
username and password information in the WGSync
program on the PALM.
8. Teacher B must synchronize to make
his class information appear on the handheld.
9. Teacher B then assesses students
using the handheld.
10. Teacher B can now synchronize the
assessment data to the mCLASS™ website.
11. Teacher B should then login to the
mCLASS™ website to make sure that his assessment
results are complete and correct on the website.
If Teacher A wants to assess students again, go to Step 2 and
follow the instructions.
IMPORTANT! You must sync
your PALM and verify the results on the website before changing the username
and password in WGSync.
