To Download,
click on selected template
below. On the
pop-up box, select Save.
To view CSO drop-down
list, after opening template, click in a cell under CSO column. Click on arrow
that pops up and scroll to select CSO. Click on the CSO, and it is
automatically inserted in the cell.
