How to Save a File as a Template

1.    Click on File on the Main Menu.

2.    From the drop-down list, click on Save As.

3.    On the dialog box, click on the arrow to the right of the File Type box, and select Template.

4.    Click on the box beside File Name and name the file.

5.    Save the file on your desktop or in any folder you choose.

 

 

 

How to Save a File Created from a Template

 

1.    Click on File on the Main Menu.

2.    From the drop-down list, click on Save As.

3.    (By default, Excel displays in the File Type box As a workbook .xls.)  If that is not the case, on the dialog box, click on the arrow to the right of the File Type box, and select As a workbook .xls.

4.    Click on the box beside File Name.  (By default, the file name is similar to the name of the template, with a 1 on the right.)  Click in the box and name the file.

5.    Save the file on your desktop or in any folder you choose.

 

 

 

How to Print Your Lesson Plan

 

1.    On the Main Menu, click on File.

2.    From the drop-down list, click on Print.
