How to Add or Delete a Teacher Online

This must be done online and then

DOWNLOADED to PALM.

 

 

Log in at

https://mxweb.media-x.com/home/harcoboe/

 


1. Click on Site Manager.

 

 

 

2. Click on the name of your school.  (Even though it is the only option available, the program needs for you to select your school.)

 

 

3. Click on Member.

 

 

4. Click on the + to the left of Teacher to display your teacher roster.

 

 

5. Click on Create member. 

 

 

6. On the right of the next screen under New Member

  1. To the right of the Type box, click on the arrow to select Teacher.
  2. Type First name
  3. Type Last name.  (No other boxes are required.)

 

7. Complete the information and click Save, located at the top of the screen.

 

8. Before you sync again, make sure your PALM is set to Download Templates (See How Do I Download New Teacher Roster to PALM at http://www.wvschools.com/harrisoncounty/administrators/dtemplates.htm )
