As a reminder, when your child is doing something at the end of the school day other than riding his regular bus home, you need to send a note to his/her teacher.  We would also be grateful if parents would contact the school to let us know of any change in addresses, home phone numbers, or work numbers.

Each year Doddridge Elementary School designates one day each month to participate and help collect money for the American Cancer Society.  The first Wednesday of  each month has been designated as blue jean/shirt day.  Faculty and students wanting to participate may choose to wear the selected color shirt for the month and bring in cash donations to benefit the American Cancer Society.  Last  year our school collected approximately $5,000.00! Thanks to everyone who participated! The following color shirts have been selected for this year.  Shirt colors will be listed each month in our school newsletter.

We Need Your Help! Each evening as we load our buses for students to go home, we ask our parents to wait in the multi-purpose room.  Sometimes parents prefer to wait in the front hallway which makes it extremely difficult to load three or four buses at a time.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
