With over 8,000 books, 9 computers, full Follett
automation and connection to the Internet, the Belington Elementary School Library is certainly a world of learning!
Kindergarten through 5th grade students attend library classes at least twice a
month. From reading motivation and library skills to researching and creating multimedia projects, our students are attaining the skills needed to achieve success in this fast-paced, technological world.Teachers and parents receive training in technology, and all have input on selection of materials.
Annual fundraisers include the
Carnival King and Queen Coronation and 2 Scholastic book
fairs.
